Covid - 19

Health Reminders for Our Church Members the following health guidelines are included in this month’s newsletter so that our congregational members can worship faithfully and in person at Trinity Our Savior Lutheran Church.

First, if you are showing any signs of illness, such as a fever (a temperature above 100 degrees Fahrenheit), a dry cough, or shortness of breath (inability to hold breath for 10 seconds), please do not attend services until you have been cleared by a physician. Also, if you have just returned from travel overseas or have had close contact (6/10: within six feet, unmasked, for over 10 minutes) with a person infected with COVID-19, please wait at least two weeks before returning to worship.

Second, while gathered for worship at Trinity Lutheran Church, we ask that you observe the following guidelines. Please wear a face covering while entering and leaving the church as well as to and from your seat for worship. Please use hand sanitizer upon entering and prior to leaving the premises. Each person will receive their own worship folder with the hymns, liturgy, and lessons for the Sunday.

Please observe social distancing (approximately six feet) between persons / household groupings while you are on campus, seated in the pews, or waiting in line to receive Holy Communion. Holy Communion will be distributed and received first by individuals / family groupings unable to stand in a line to receive communion.

Later, the rest of the congregation will receive communion in a continuous line format by household groupings while observing social distancing.

After returning home, please wash your hands for twenty seconds with soap and warm water in order to disinfect.
